- Full monthly building inspections.
- Written reports and recommendations.
- Annual Maintenance / Service Calendars: All required maintenance and service obligations are recorded. Key dates for meetings and contract renewals are planned in advance to allow our team to work in tandem with the Board of Directors for adequate time to tender projects and contracts.
- Trade supervision / Quote specifications: We only use fully accredited, WSIB insured trades, unless otherwise directed by the Board of Directors.
- After hour emergency service (24/7): Your property manager is on call at all times. Service is always prompt and professional no matter the time.
